Maize Sheller cum deshuker self-feed model with Conveyor Lift System is available with better machine balancing and loading efficiency.

It has output capacity of 4000-6000 Kgs of grains per hour.

KISAN Maize Sheller is developed with continuos feedback and development from field and end user. After plucking the corn/ maize plant it is directly put into self feeding chute or self feeding conveyor without removing skin/ cover. The upper drum used for threshing and skin/ cover dehusking. Triple movable sieves help in separating cobs, husk and other unwanted particles from corn to give clear grains. Triple fan is provided, two in the rear for cleaning and throwing away the husk and skin/ cover that was separated from corns. One fan in the front helps taking all the husk away in initial stage to prevent it coming out of chute while feeding maize in machine. The machine gives best result if the crop is dried properly before threshing.
